Communication With Your Body -
Some nonverbal gestures are universal.
Hands above the head - surrender.
Slapping forehead - remembered something.
Saluting.
Shaking hands. 
Tipping one's hat. 
Shrugging shoulders.
Waving goodbye
Forming an O with thumb and finger. 
Researchers claim that as much as 90% of face to face communications comes from nonverbal communications. For the observer it takes as little as 1/24th of a second to comprehend. Understanding body language will probably result in more trust and productivity. 
EYES: Windows of the soul. The terms, shifty eyes, beady eyes, look of steel, bedroom eyes, all demonstrate our awareness of this area of bthe body.
Honesty and Sincerity - Look you straight in the eyes.
People avoid eye contact when:
An uncomfortable question is asked or they are trying to hide something. Maintain eye contact to reduce tension and increase trust. Raising one eyebrow can showdisbelief, whereas two eyebrows raised shows surprise.
Winkink can be flirtatious or indicative of an agreenent, (when coupled with a nod and a smile.).
Be sensitive to someone who looks upward with a fixed expression who blinks rapidly. Your information is being seriously considered.
Eye Direction -When eyes wander when talking: To the left = More emotional or suggestible. To The Right = Influenced
