EVERYONE WILL BENEFIT WITH ACTUAL REGULAR PUSH-UP EXERCISES! Or any regular physical exercise for that matter.

Regarding Team Building, Tommie Kirk and my Superstar PSA Stone Evans prefer their own downline/PSAs do the actual pushing up . They are the most well-known proponents - who I am familiar with - of this method of "Push-up" Team Building. Please post your preferred way of the Team-Building Push-up.

A. Tommie is now GTL and can easily chose to be PTL anytime he re-assigns some of his PSA TLs.
B. Stone Evans is a perennial PTL for several months. From my Genealogy, I know that he has hundreds of PSA TLs. He can be DTL before the 5th of every month if he chooses to be a DTL
C. Both Tommie and Stone are in the Top 10 of the "Sponsor Leaderboard Contest -- number 8 and number 1, respectively. (I know that Stone tried OptiBuild for one month, several months ago. No idea what Tommie opted for in Opt-Build. I have no idea either if their re-assignment and/or OptiBuild choices are related to their lofty standings in the Sponsor Leaderboard Contest).

In my case, I opted for the SFI "The Plan" - as soon as it was published by SFI. Let me share my personal experience, in my Team Building Push-up:

1. Because of my large team size, I was the first DTL about 4 years ago. I was also re-assigning most of my PSA TLs then.
2. Soon, many other TLS reached DTL level, which prompted SFI to increase the requirements to reach DTL. Almost every high-level TL dropped two levels lower, then.
3. In June 2018, SFI announced that DTL status will now require 3 PTL PSAs , instead of 5 PTL PSAs
4. Because I had some PSA TLs who I can re-assign, I IMMEDIATELY knew that I will be DTL before the end of June 2018
I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE THAT MY JUNE COMMISSION DOUBLED COMPARED TO MAY
5. Even if my commission did not double, I would have decided to do the pushing to uplift my Top TLs

You're a perfect example for our Fellow SFI'ers to model using the methods that you use.

I'm looking forward to the day when Diamond Team Leaders will be as common as Gold Team Leader.

Once our fellow SFI'ers understand that all they need to do is generate Massive Traffic to their gateways to find their future Diamond Team Leader we will have to advance the ranks To Double Team Leader and Triple Diamond Team Leader.

For me, I prefer for my team to be able to build their own team rather than sit around and expect others to do it for them.

Have I reassigned Team Leaders?

Yes, I have assigned Numerous Team Leaders, but I have NEVER reassigned Team Leaders to advance in rank and never will. 

It's nice to know that we have options on how we want to grow our business...

Experts, Gurus, SEO Experts and others have told me that my methods don't and won't work but I have proved them wrong from day one and have continue to do so for 17+ Years!

The only limitation that we have are the limits that we placed upon ourselves and I don't have limitation that others see in their eyes for me.

I'm a firm believer, If I can do it posting only simple ads than anyone can.
